Changes to the Executive Management Team

2019 - January, Latest news

We're pleased to confirm some changes to the Executive Management Team in line with the Housing Services realignment.

Ian Watts and Patrick Taylor have been successful in securing new roles aligned to specific service areas, rather than operating regionally.

This forms the start of the changes to our Housing Services operating model which sees a £1 million commitment from our Board to improve front line services and recruit more customer facing staff.

Ian Watts
Executive Director of Assets

Ian has worked in housing and property management for over 25 years, starting his career as a Housing Officer for Richmond-upon-Thames Churches Housing Trust back in 1990.  He worked for other organisations before re-joining us in 2001.

"I have always really enjoyed the variety of work that we do and get a real sense of satisfaction in providing good quality homes to those most in need, and seeing the real difference that this can make to people's lives."
Ian is now responsible for all responsive repairs contracts and our planned maintenance programmes throughout the business.

Patrick Taylor
Executive Director of Housing & Customer Services

Patrick has been with us for over 13 years in a number of different roles, initially joining us from Family First; a small housing provider in Nottingham that joined asra Housing Group in 2006.
"I see these changes as a real opportunity for PA Housing to develop as a new, exciting market leader in the housing sector and I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead."

Patrick is responsible for all customer facing housing management services including the Customer Contact Centre, Lettings, Housing Services and our Income & Inclusion teams.

Congratulations to both Ian and Patrick on their new roles!
