We picked up a Bronze at the UK National Call Center Awards

Our Customer Experience & Insight team scooped the Bronze Award at last night's UK National Contact Center Awards in London.

The team were shortlisted for Best Contact Support Team for their role in providing valuable insight into the way you as residents interact with our Customer Contact Center in Leicester.

The team talk to residents from across PA who appreciate being able to contribute ideas and to have them adopted. One customer; Louise said:

If being involved in the customer journey questionnaires and meetings has meant there is an improved service for others, than that is a good thing and I feel good about it. I am happy I have managed to contribute to something that will help others.

The team has really hit the ground running since inception and has made a huge impact across the business. It shows real potential to act as a role model and offer every department opportunities for improvements, because the customer is at the heart of everything we do.  They have improved customer ease by using feedback and insight to identify process blockages and cases where multiple contacts are required for a resolution.

We are incredibly proud of their hard work and all of the improvements they are making so that you, our customers, get a better service from us.
