New Customer Contact Centre opening in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey

From 01 February 2019, we will be expanding our existing repairs and maintenance contract with Fortem Solution Ltd. (Fortem) to cover all of our properties in London and the South East.
A key reason for this decision was the impact it would have for our customers as it allows us to provide a more localised service than at the moment. Repairs calls will be taken by a newly formed Customer Contact Centre (CCC) based at our Case House offices in Walton-on-Thames.
The CCC will consist of 23 members of staff, all there to answer your calls and queries, with 18 of them working full-time and 5 as part-time staff to help cover the busy morning and lunchtime periods when we know the lines can sometimes be in high demand.
Over the past few weeks we have been busy recruiting these new positions. We held several assessment days which included competency based tasks, and maths and spelling tests, to make sure we got the best possible people to be able to help you when you need us. The successful candidates (who include some of our existing staff as well as new faces) are now going through a rigorous training course with support from colleagues already doing a similar job at our Bede Island offices in Leicester.
