How to register with My PA
The quickest and easiest way for you to manage your home is online, you can do this from anywhere at any time, you can access your account details, make secure payments, request repairs and much more without the need to ring our Customer Contact Centre.
Step 1
The first thing you will need to do is find out what Your Payment Reference Number is, this is printed on the top of your statement which we send out to you each year. If you have a PayPoint Card, you will also find your Payment Reference on that.
If you are unable to locate your Payment Reference Number please call us on 0300 123 222
Step 2
Once you your Payment Reference Number, you can follow our step by step guide below to get you up and running.
Step 3
You are now ready to register online.
