Property Shop and Waiting List Closure
We have temporarily closed our property shop because it is currently not being used by many customers. To work properly, the Property Shop needs a live waiting list of applicants, so we have closed it while we review what to do next.
This means we are not operating our own allocations so you'll need to approach your local authority in the first instance.
Homeless or in urgent need of housing
If you are in serious or urgent housing need or you need to make an alternative decision about your housing, please contact your local authority. They will carry out a housing needs assessment and will advise you of your options.
You can also approach your local Citizens Advice, or other independent advice agencies for support. Shelter can provide you with independent advice about what to do if you are homeless or having problems with your accommodation and are at risk of homelessness.
Considering a Mutual Exchange?
A Mutual exchange is when two (or more) people agree to swap their homes permanently. The swap can be with another PA Housing resident or someone from another housing association or council.
If you are currently a PA Housing resident with an identified need, our we can offer you help and assistance with regards to your housing options.
