Mental Health

The NHS and mental health charity Mind are also sharing some great resources on their websites about how to look after your mental health while on ‘lock-down’.

Remember, now more than ever, it’s ok to not be ok. If you’re starting to struggle, please reach out for help.

It’s important to remember there is also support available in your neighbourhood and most local authorities are advertising community helpline numbers where you can ask questions and find local services available to you.
